Kitchen Cabinet Refurbishment

We were recently asked to take a look at a kitchen that the customers really liked but just wanted to bring up to date and have hand-painted. We started by taking all furniture off the doors and taping up all shelves, flooring and glass. A specialist adhesion promoting primer was applied by hand, all holes and bumps and scrapes were filled with 2 part wood filler and then sanded flush. We then hand-painted all the cabinetry with 2 topcoats of a hard wearing oil based eggshell from a leading manufacturer. The units were allowed to dry over night and then we returned to put back all the furniture and clean the room. We were done and the client was delighted!
